Based on its commitment with the international partners, and for the purpose of combating money laundering and terrorism financing, Da Afghanistan Bank has taken the initiative to convert the legal structure of Sarafi from individual to corporate.

The process of conversion has been significantly simplified. DAB offer several facilities and benefits to the Corporate Licenses, few are listed below;

• Corporate license now pay fixed taxes,
• Corporate license does not require to provide annual balance to DAB,
• Corporate license does not require board of supervision [owner can be],
• Corporate licenses are issued without expiry date,
• Corporate license can open branches all over the country,
• Corporate license does not require education or person guarantor,

DAB request all Sarafa countrywide to support this national process and obtain corporate licenses.

Sabotaging this process, by whatsoever means, will be against the national interest of the country.
