DAB’s Supreme Council Holds Meeting
As the highest decision-making body of Da Afghanistan Bank, Supreme Council held its fourth quarterly alternate meeting of FY 1398 on 4-5 January 2020.
The meeting was chaired by the First Deputy and Acting Governor of Da Afghanistan Bank Mr. Wahidullah Nosher and attended by other Supreme Council members.
In the meeting, participating members talked about Afghanistan’s economic environment, monetary policy implementation, overall banking sector performance and other financial sector-related topics.
First, Mr. Nosher spoke thoroughly about DAB achievements and challenges and later as per agenda, members heard the reports of activities and following a deliberation, they adopted necessary decisions accordingly.
