DAB Holds Meeting with Representatives of Commercial Banks

DAB organized a meeting with the representatives of commercial banks chaired by the First Deputy Governor of Da Afghanistan Bank in Supreme Council Hall, on June 14, 2022.

In this meeting, First Deputy Governor of DAB, Mr. Noor Ahmad “Agha” discussed the problems faced by commercial banks, recruitment of professional staff in vacant positions of the banks and providing better banking services to people. On behalf of DAB, he pledged to cooperate in this regard.

The Senior Economic Advisor of DAB, Mr. Lutful Haq Noor “Pasarlay” was also present in this meeting, who requested the representatives to have better coordination and provide better banking services and facilities to customers.

It has to be mentioned that the Banking Supervision Director General, Mr. Abdurrahman “Qanit”, ABA members and representatives from commercial banks had also participated in this meeting.
