Workshop on Financial Consumer Protection Held for Employees of Banks and E-Money Institutions

Financial Inclusion Department organized a 3-day workshop from June 10 to 12 under Financial Consumer Protection for staff members of banks and e-money institutions. The workshop discussed on principles, concepts, guidelines and sound international practices on financial consumer protection. The workshop explained the guidelines devised by DAB for financial consumer protection.

At the end of the event, participants received certificates.
